Health & Safety Guidelines

With the new Directed Health Measures in place every client will be required to wear a mask during your time in the salon. Please have it on when you enter the salon. I will not be able to provide masks at this time so please plan ahead so you have your own to bring. It must loop around the ears so I am able to work with your hair and please be aware that we may get color on it. Dont worry you won’t be alone, I’ll be wearing one too!

In order for me to keep you all as safe as possible I ask that you come to your appointment alone. Do not bring family or a friend unless you both have appointments. I know that many of you have kids at home that you can’t leave alone for long, but unfortunately they will not be able to join you. If this is you, please reach out and we can find a better appointment time for you.

Please reschedule if you or anyone in your home has had any signs or sickness or have been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days. I know that your hair is important but I need to stay healthy to be able to continue to take care of everyone’s hair needs. I will be requiring a 2 week waiting period to reschedule. Please please be honest about this to help keep me and my other clients healthy.

I will be changing the way I accept payment to help minimize contact. I will now be accepting Venmo and PayPal, in addition to using a COVID-Clean check out option for card payments. I will not be accepting cash payments at this time.

We will be unable to use the common area as a waiting room, so please text me when you arrive for your appointment and wait in your car. Once I have my suite sanitized and ready for you I will text you and let you know you can come in.

I won’t be able to provide a cancellation list at this time due to the amount of clients needing to get in. Feel free to check my online booking site for at any time. If an appointment opens up you will see it there first.

 

Please be patient with me during this time. I will be doing my best to keep my appointments running on time, but with the extra steps needed for cleaning and sanitizing I may run a little behind. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and I will do my best to stay on time. If you have any questions or concerns at this time please reach out! I want to do my best to keep you all comfortable with these new regulations.
